In between the exams

"Kaisa Hua?" is the most probable question that we use to interchange after writing the papers. The answer use to be even more typed with something like 'good' 'alright' or 'just okey'. Now, in final yr. after writing so many of them such conversations seem mere formality. The indifference is not only with the performance but the eagerness for results too have vanished over time. One of my friend says "Exams to hamesha achchhe hote hain, results hi kharab ho jata hai".
My personal experience suggests that results remain the same if not bad over the years. In first yr. I use to prepare weeks ahead of exams, in second yr. time shrinked to a few days, one day in advance in 3rd yr. and almost JIT in final yr, but results are consistent throughout, zeroing near 7.5. Anyway, that does not matter anymore.
I remember kind of relief and joy we felt after board exams in 10th, 12th and after competitive exams. The papers have become more tedious, degrees more higher but finishing off exams doesn't seem that type of ectasy now. Yes, the bigger wait is for vacations and that's why the end of semester is still pleasant
